I know what you mean about trying to dfinee and find a label for your practice. When I first started yoga I didn’t know about all the different styles and I thought all the big name teachers were teaching the same thing. Then someone asked me, “What kind of yoga do you do?” I thought, “There are kinds?”. Panicked at the thought of looking like a neophyte (which I was), I mumbled something “I don’t know, regular yoga.” lol
